Cristiano Ronaldo Shares Heartwarming Post Just One Day After Knocking Germany Out of the Nations League
Fresh off scoring the decisive goal that sent Portugal to the UEFA Nations League 2025 final, Cristiano Ronaldo showed a softer side that melted hearts across social media. The Portuguese captain celebrated the birthday of his children with a touching post — just a day after making history against Germany.
“Muitos parabéns, meus amores ❤️”
On his official account, Cristiano posted a photo of his children smiling next to Disney’s Daisy Duck, dressed as a queen, accompanied by the caption:
“Hoje é o vosso dia! Muitos parabéns, meus amores ❤️”
(“Today is your day! Happy birthday, my loves ❤️”)
A Historic Goal Against Germany
On the pitch, Ronaldo once again delivered on the big stage. His 68th-minute strike sealed Portugal’s 2-1 victory over Germany in the semifinals — a goal that not only booked their ticket to the final, but also marked Cristiano’s first-ever goal against the Germans at international level.
It was also his 137th goal for Portugal, and with it, he became the oldest player to score against Germany in a major competition, proving that even at 40, he remains a force to be reckoned with.
