At RAMS Park, Galatasaray quickly took command despite Konyaspor’s early attempts. The breakthrough came in the 23rd minute when Yunus Akgün capitalized on a rebound inside the box to make it 1-0.

Before halftime, Barış Alper Yılmaz broke down the left flank and assisted Mauro Icardi, who finished clinically to double the lead at 2-0, giving the home side a comfortable cushion heading into the break.

Torreira Strikes, Konyaspor Responds

The dominance continued in the second half as Lucas Torreira struck from outside the area in the 64th minute to seal what looked like a decisive 3-0 lead. Still, Konyaspor showed resilience, with Umut Nayir pulling one back in the 80th minute after a sharp individual move.

Despite late pressure, goalkeeper Uğurcan Çakır stood firm to secure the victory and preserve Galatasaray’s perfect start.

With this win, Galatasaray reached 16 points, staying at the top of the Süper Lig standings. Konyaspor, meanwhile, remain with 7 points in ninth place.
