Napoli strengthen attack with Lang signing
Noa Lang has switched the Eredivisie champions for the Scudetto holders after signing a five-year deal with Napoli.
Napoli have strengthened their attack with the signing of Noa Lang from PSV.
Lang has put pen to paper on a five-year contract with the reigning Serie A champions, in a deal reportedly worth €28m.
The 26-year-old spent two seasons with PSV, winning the Eredivisie title in both campaigns, including a dramatic win in 2024-25 as they overturned Ajax's nine-point lead to finish top of the table.
Lang made 63 appearances for the Dutch champions in all competitions, netting 14 goals and registering 12 assists during that time.
"After two seasons with two titles, it's time for me to take the next step in my career," Lang said in a goodbye message to PSV.
"I'm grateful to everyone at and around the club who supported me from day one. I look back on a successful time in Eindhoven and wish PSV every success for the future."
Only Ismael Saibari and Luuk de Jong (both 22) registered more goal involvements among PSV players in the Eredivisie last season than Lang (21 – 11 goals, 10 assists).
Lang had the most shot-ending carries (36) of any player in the Dutch top-flight in 2024-25, while no player managed more goal-ending carries in the competition (six, along with Saibari).
The Dutchman is Napoli's third signing of the transfer window, following the arrivals of Kevin De Bruyne and Luca Marianucci.
Napoli are also reportedly close to completing a deal for goalkeeper Vanja Milinkovic-Savic from Torino.
