Huge Mess at Chelsea! Liam Rosenior Got Tired of Covering for His Players and Was Left Outraged
Chelsea is on a bad streak, five consecutive losses in the Premier League, Rosenior exploded after losing to Brighton, "unacceptable and indefensible."
Significant decline of Chelsea
Chelsea is going thru a historically negative moment, and Liam Rosenior, their coach, held nothing back after the 3-0 loss to Brighton. The coach described his players' performance as "unacceptable and indefensible," marking the fifth consecutive defeat in the Premier League, all without scoring a goal. It is the first time in 114 years that the London club has gone thru a streak like this.
Indignation
"It was unacceptable in every aspect of the game. It hurts me and I feel stunned... The attitude was unacceptable. His performance tonight is indefensible," said Rosenior, visibly affected. The coach added: "I can't keep defending what we're seeing... It's not enough. I can't lie. I am going to tell the truth, and this was unacceptable in every way.
The coach, who until now had avoided public criticism, acknowledged that patience had reached its limit: "We'll see if the players can handle the criticism. So far, I haven't criticized them. I have defended them. They deserved it. But I'm going to tell the truth." And he emphasized: "That doesn't represent anything I want to see and I will never see it again. The performance in terms of professionalism was glaringly absent."

It is getting further away
Chelsea is seven points behind Liverpool, fifth in the table, with only four matches left to play in the fight for the Champions League. Rosenior was blunt: "It's not about playing for me. It's about playing for the club, for the jersey, to win matches. That performance was damning."
