Alisson expects Liverpool to exercise contract option
Liverpool have a contract option to extend Alisson's deal by a further year, something he expects to happen.
Alisson expects Liverpool to take up the option to extend his contract by a further 12 months to 2027.
The Brazil international is about to enter the final year of his deal but it has regularly been made clear that the Reds have an option to extend by another season.
Alisson, 32, has become a Premier League winner with Liverpool for the second time and he is pretty sure his stay at Anfield will be extended.
"I've never been able to plan long term," he said prior to Brazil's World Cup qualifier with Peru.
"Obviously now I have one year left on my contract and another year of club option, which they will probably exercise."
However, Alisson was at pains to stress that his current focus is on the national team and ensuring Brazil mathematically confirm a spot at next year's World Cup.
"It's a decisive moment in my career, with a World Cup coming up," he added.
"I want to be very focused, I don't want anything external to get in the way of that."
