Ousmane Dembélé Speaks About The Possibility Of Winning Another Ballon d'Or
The French star addressed the growing rumors about another Ballon d'Or after winning another Ligue 1 title with PSG.
PSG conquered France once again
Paris Saint-Germain officially secured another Ligue 1 title after defeating Lens 2-0 in a match where Ousmane Dembélé once again played a decisive role.
The French winger provided the assist for Khvicha Kvaratskhelia’s goal and continued his outstanding form for Luis Enrique’s side, just days after being named Ligue 1 Player of the Season. Naturally, questions about the next Ballon d'Or quickly followed.
Dembélé refuses to obsess over the Ballon d'Or
Even though many already consider him one of the leading candidates to win football’s most prestigious individual award once again, Dembélé made it clear that his main focus remains PSG’s collective success.
“I’m very calm. Individual trophies come later, if they come, and if they don’t, that’s football. The most important thing is the team trophies,” the French star told beIN SPORTS following the victory over Lens.
The PSG attacker also highlighted that the club has already won Ligue 1, the French Super Cup, and the Intercontinental Cup this season, although he admitted that the main objective remains the upcoming Champions League final against Arsenal on May 30.

All attention is now on the Champions League final
Even with the French title officially secured, nobody inside the PSG dressing room wants to lose focus too early.
Dembélé admitted the team needed to remain serious despite the celebrations and explained that the squad is already fully concentrated on defending the European title they won last season. “We’ll celebrate a little, but not too much because we play again in three days,” the Frenchman explained.
The final against Arsenal represents the perfect opportunity for PSG to complete one of the greatest seasons in the club’s modern history and fully validate Luis Enrique’s project in Paris.
Even Lens supporters applauded Dembélé
One of the most remarkable moments of the night came when Dembélé left the pitch late in the match. Despite helping orchestrate Lens’ defeat, the winger received a standing ovation from the home crowd.
The French international appeared genuinely moved by the gesture from the supporters at Stade Bollaert-Delelis and publicly thanked them for the atmosphere during the match. “It’s a pleasure to play in front of a crowd like that, it’s exceptional,” he said afterward.
PSG is dreaming of another historic season
With another Ligue 1 title secured and a new Champions League final on the horizon, PSG is experiencing one of the most dominant periods in the club’s recent history.
And while the Parisian giants continue chasing European glory, Dembélé keeps establishing himself as one of the most decisive footballers on the planet… even if he still prefers talking about team trophies before another possible Ballon d'Or.
