Luis Enrique Makes Paris Saint-Germain Even Richer: Record €226M Boost in 2025
When talent explodes, so does value. In a historic season for Les Parisiens, their worth has skyrocketed like never before… and their wealth now matches their ambition.
A golden season in every sense
PSG’s historic campaign — winning Ligue 1, the Coupe de France and their first-ever Champions League — brought not just sporting glory, but massive financial gains. Under Luis Enrique, the Parisian giants closed the season with a €226M squad value increase, becoming the richest team in talent for 2025.
The strong collective and individual performances pushed the market value of several players. According to Transfermarkt, PSG’s roster is now worth €1.15 billion, making it the most valuable squad of the year.
Doué shines, Dembélé dazzles
The player who saw the biggest jump was Désiré Doué. The French prodigy thrived under Luis Enrique, jumping from €40M to €90M — a staggering 125% rise that puts him ahead of stars like Isak, Pedri and Huijsen.
Right behind him is Ousmane Dembélé, who netted 34 goals in 2025 and boosted his value by €35M, also reaching €90M. His sensational form has made him a top contender for the Ballon d’Or in what’s already the best season of his career.
A squad worth its weight in gold
Beyond their headline stars, other PSG players also grew significantly: Vitinha (+€25M), William Pacho (+€25M), along with Mayulu, Kvaratskhelia, Barcola, Donnarumma, Fabián, and Mbaye all helped push PSG’s total value to new heights.
The few dips in value — like Marquinhos or Zaïre-Emery — didn’t affect the overall picture. Luis Enrique has built not only a winning team… but the wealthiest squad Paris has ever seen.
