That’s not to say that Lille are not having their own issues in Ligue 1. Whilst Le Dogues are prevailing in the Europa League with two wins from two, including an impressive victory over Roma (and three saved penalties), the recent record in Ligue 1 has been a damaging one.

Lille are going into the home clash against PSG after back-to-back defeats, firstly in a derby against Lens and then high-flying Lyon. A trio of trying tussles is completed on Sunday against PSG.
