(VIDEO) Goals From PSG vs Lyon in Ligue 1
Olympique de Lyon delivered a major statement in Ligue 1 with a 2-1 victory over Paris Saint-Germain at the Parc des Princes, powered by a standout performance from Endrick, who contributed a goal and an assist.
Early blow and clinical Lyon performance
The side led by Paulo Fonseca capitalized early, taking advantage of a rotated PSG lineup following their Champions League efforts under Luis Enrique.
Just six minutes in, Endrick opened the scoring after a long pass from Moussa Niakhaté, finishing with precision past Matvey Safonov. The Brazilian forward didn’t stop there—he was also instrumental in the second goal.
Moments later, Endrick led a rapid counterattack and set up Afonso Moreira, who surged forward and finished calmly to make it 2-0, stunning the home crowd.
Lyon displayed organization, pace, and efficiency against a PSG side that struggled to respond in the first half.
PSG’s late push falls short
Paris Saint-Germain had a chance to get back into the match before halftime, but Gonçalo Ramos saw his penalty saved by Dominik Greif, keeping Lyon’s lead intact.

In the second half, Luis Enrique turned to his bench, introducing key players like Ousmane Dembélé, Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, and Kang-in Lee in an attempt to shift momentum.
The pressure increased, with chances from Dembélé and Kvaratskhelia, but Greif remained solid. The hosts finally broke through in stoppage time, when Kvaratskhelia scored after a move initiated by Fabián Ruiz.
However, the late goal wasn’t enough to change the outcome.
Title race wide open
With this result, Paris Saint-Germain sees its lead at the top shrink, while Lyon strengthens its position in the Champions League spots.
The win also reignites the title race, with teams like Lens staying within reach. The gap at the top is now minimal, and with a direct clash still to come, the Ligue 1 finale promises high drama.
