Marco Rose was able to celebrate a first win as Bournemouth boss after Ryan Christie's hat-trick inspired a 4-0 EFL Cup success against Lincoln City.

Having been frustrated in their opening Premier League matches, Bournemouth put away Lincoln City to give Marco Rose a first win in charge.
Bournemouth have performed well without getting the results their displays have merited in the Premier League so far this season, with new man Rose, replacing Andoni Iraola, having only two points to show for their three matches.
But the Cherries were able to maintain their early high standards for the duration against Championship opposition, who still managed to frustrate their opponents for a period despite having only two shots to 36 from Rose's side.
More than an hour passed between Christie's first two goals, yet he added a third with two minutes remaining, then Rayan completed the scoring in stoppage time.
"It was a deserved win and a really good performance from the lads," said Rose. "It was a top performance for 94 minutes and we had many shots on and off target.
"I think we only gave one chance away, so I am really happy.
"Ryan is a nice guy. We really love him and he deserved it. He came back from an injury, worked hard and now he's back in shape. It's good for us because the upcoming time is really busy and we need everyone.
"In the next few weeks, we have European football, cups in England, and the Premier League is getting very demanding.
"I'm new in this club, new in this country, but it's about winning games and winning titles."
Crystal Palace were similarly comfortable in their opening cup tie of the campaign, following up Pierre Sage's first victory in the Premier League against Fulham by beating Middlesbrough 3-0.
Record signing Jorgen Strand Larsen scored two and assisted a wonderful third for Daichi Kamada as the Eagles' season starts to look up.
