Arsenal is closely monitoring Vinícius Júnior's contract situation at Real Madrid and is prepared to make one of the biggest moves in club history if the Brazilian fails to agree to a new deal.

According to The Athletic, Arsenal's hierarchy has already approved the financial commitment required to pursue the winger, even if it means breaking the club's long-standing wage structure.

Vinícius has entered the final year of his current contract at the Santiago Bernabéu, increasing speculation about his long-term future. While Real Madrid remains in negotiations over an extension, talks have reportedly stalled because of significant financial differences.
