Real Madrid’s New Squad List
Real Madrid prepares for its next match with new names on the roster and a new coach.
Arbeloa announces his first squad list
These players will be responsible for playing against Albacete and securing Real Madrid's place in the Copa del Rey quarterfinals. Arbeloa has placed a lot of emphasis on the players he was coaching prior to being promoted to the first team following the dismissal of Xabi Alonso.
Strong presence from Real Madrid's youth academy
David Jiménez, Joan Martínez, Jorge Cestero, Manuel Ángel, and Palacios are players that Arbeloa knows well and is counting on for the next game.

Notable absences
Some notable absences from Arbeloa's squad include Thibaut Courtois, Álvaro Carreras, Antonio Rüdiger, Aurélien Tchouaméni, and Jude Bellingham.
Real Madrid are coming off the back of playing in the Spanish Super Cup in Saudi Arabia, so some rotation would not be out of the ordinary, but rather an act of preserving players and expectations for future matches.

What matches are coming up?
Real Madrid has already announced its squad list for the Copa del Rey match against Albacete, but it still has to prepare for the match against Levante next Saturday and three days later against Monaco in a UEFA Champions League match.
The match against Albacete will be the first match to be led by the Merengues' new coach, following the departure of Xabi Alonso.
