Real Madrid Considering Loan Move for Endrick After Club World Cup: What Are His Possible Destinations?
An injury, Gonzalo García’s rise, and fierce competition could leave the Brazilian without a place. The solution? A loan move already on the table.
A star signing… yet to take off
Endrick’s long-awaited debut for Real Madrid will have to wait. The 18-year-old Brazilian striker, who missed the Club World Cup due to a hamstring injury suffered in late May, could be loaned out before even wearing the white shirt. According to Cadena SER, the club is now considering a loan deal so the forward can gain valuable minutes and confidence at another club.
The idea is simple: with so much competition up front and a recent period of inactivity, a loan spell could be the smartest move for his development.
The Gonzalo García effect
The absences of Mbappé (illness) and Endrick (injury) opened the door for Gonzalo García, who seized the opportunity: four goals and one assist made him one of the tournament’s surprises. His performances made it clear he deserves a place in the first team under Xabi Alonso, which makes things even harder for Endrick.
With this new scenario, Real Madrid is adjusting its plans for the young Brazilian.
Marseille, PSV, Bundesliga… or LaLiga?
Madrid is now searching for the ideal destination where Endrick can get meaningful playing time. According to Spanish media, Olympique de Marseille is one of the top candidates, as they’ll compete in the Champions League and need offensive firepower. Interest has also come from PSV Eindhoven, Bayer Leverkusen, and RB Leipzig.
In LaLiga, Villarreal has reportedly made inquiries, and Getafe could also emerge as an option—especially if Madrid seeks to balance a previously discussed loan agreement involving Gonzalo García.
A temporary goodbye
The purpose of the loan is clear: for Endrick to play, shine, and return to Madrid more mature and ready to compete at the top level. For now, all signs point to his first season in Europe taking place away from the Bernabéu.
