Rashford Says He Is Not Worried About Barcelona Registration
Marcus Rashford remains calm despite not yet being registered as a player for FC Barcelona in LaLiga 2025–26. The English striker, who arrived on loan from Manchester United, expressed full confidence that the club will handle the situation before the start of the season.
Why hasn’t Rashford been registered by Barcelona?
Speaking to reporters during Barcelona’s preseason tour in South Korea, Rashford addressed the matter following a training session at the National Football Center in Paju.
“I’m not worried. It’s something the club has to sort out, and I trust that they will. I’m just focused on training and being ready for the start of the competition,” he said.
The situation is similar to that of Joan García and Wojciech Szczęsny, two other players who are also awaiting registration due to administrative delays.
How is Rashford adapting to the team?
Rashford admitted he's enjoying the challenge of adapting to Barça’s environment and praised the high level of competition within the squad.
“I already knew there were top-quality players here. The intensity is high, and the goal is to keep that throughout the whole season,” he explained.
He avoided discussing plans beyond his current loan but emphasized that he’s “fully committed” and focused on enjoying the experience.

What is Rashford aiming to achieve at Barcelona?
The forward didn’t hide his ambition: winning the UEFA Champions League with Barcelona.
“Of course, that’s everyone’s dream. Last season was a good one, but this time we’ll try to take it further by winning the Champions League,” said the 26-year-old.
As the LaLiga season approaches, Barcelona will work to resolve their registration issues — and Rashford appears more than ready to shine once given the green light.
