Lewandowski Turns Blonde Ahead of the 2025-26 Season: “New Season, New Hair, Same Goals”
New hair, same hunger for goals. Lewandowski is back with a bold look before the season kicks off. Is it superstition or just pre-season style?
Robert Lewandowski has joined the blonde club to kick off the new FC Barcelona campaign. The Polish striker unveiled his fresh look on social media with the message: “New season, new hair, same goals”. A clear statement to his more than 37 million followers: he's ready to shine again.
As always, pre-season brings fresh legs… and fresh styles. Some players return tanned, others (less and less these days) slightly out of shape, and quite a few come back with new haircuts or bold changes in appearance. This summer we saw Vinicius rocking braids during the Club World Cup, Gavi going platinum blonde, and let’s not forget when Messi also showed up for preseason with that same silver tone. Now, it’s Barça’s No. 9 making waves.
Blonde hair, good memories… and goals
It’s not the first time Lewandowski goes blonde. Back in November 2017, he showed off a nearly white hairstyle—and that same week, he bagged a brace against Augsburg. Coincidence? Maybe. But Lewy doesn’t leave much to chance when it comes to starting strong.
With the 2025-26 preseason underway and Barça entering a new era under Hansi Flick, Lewandowski is looking to be a key figure in the attack once again. The team needs his experience, his goals, and that quiet leadership he brings—even off the pitch.
And if the new look brings confidence, good energy, and goals… then bring it on.
