The celebration took place at a well-known hotel in Barcelona’s upscale area and reportedly brought together over 200 guests. Sources familiar with the gathering claim it was a private event, planned respectfully and professionally.

Juan Carlos Serrano, identified as a family friend, told the program they don’t understand why there’s so much criticism, especially since the individuals involved—including image models and people with dwarfism—were paid and treated with dignity.
