Franco Mastantuono Is Already in Madrid: This Is How the Argentine Gem Arrived in Spain
At just 17 years old, Franco Mastantuono is already generating excitement in Madrid. His arrival made waves not only because of his talent but also thanks to a look that brought back memories of the Galáctico era.
Real Madrid’s newest jewel has landed on Spanish soil. With just two weeks to go before the start of LaLiga, the white squad is beginning to take shape with youth, talent, and promising signings. Among them stands out Franco Mastantuono, the 17-year-old Argentine who left River Plate to join one of Europe’s biggest clubs.
The winger landed in the Spanish capital on Sunday, August 3, accompanied by his father and his agent. But what really caught everyone’s attention was his look: white-dyed hair, Beckham-style, an image that sparked flashbacks of the Galácticos at the Santiago Bernabéu.
A welcome fit for a rising star
Mastantuono’s arrival didn’t go unnoticed. Dozens of Madridistas were waiting for him at the airport, and the young player didn’t hesitate to stop for photos, autographs, and smiles, as if he were already a seasoned star. That instant connection with the fans is a promising sign for someone who hasn’t even debuted yet.
After leaving the airport, the player was taken to his hotel. Along the way, he caught his first glimpse of the Bernabéu, and a video published by MARCA shows the excitement on his face upon seeing the legendary stadium for the first time. Later, once settled in, he stepped outside to greet more fans gathered around the hotel.
Eager to wear the white shirt
Although he still can’t train with the first team due to his age, Franco Mastantuono has already made it clear he’s ready to get going. “I can’t wait to play in this shirt,” he reportedly told some of the fans. A shirt that no longer has a red stripe… but now carries the biggest opportunity of his young career.
