Polish Coach Takes Aim at Xavi Over Lewandowski
Michal Probierz criticized Xavi for Barcelona's poor season and claimed that he didn't make the most of Lewandowski.
Barcelona's disappointing season has left deep wounds with the Culés fans, as a second-place finish in La Liga, an early exit from the Copa del Rey, a painful elimination from the Champions League, and two defeats to Real Madrid in the season are hard to swallow.
Lewandowski Clears Up His Future for Next Season
"The Barça team was in a disastrous state," stated Polish coach Michael Probierz.
He also made it clear that both Xavi and the entire Spanish team failed to capitalize on the Polish striker, Robert Lewandowski. "Robert is Barcelona's top scorer, and it must be said that the team didn't support him. He often found himself in good scoring positions, but the ball never reached him," Probierz asserted.

"Robert was the player who tried to lift the team, but there came a moment when Barcelona fell out of contention for titles, and the team's morale plummeted," concluded the Polish head coach.
