"I think the only thing missing is playing in the Libertadores," says the Paraguayan executive in a video released this Wednesday on his social media, which was recorded on Tuesday when he coincided with Messi at his farewell match for the Argentine national team at the Monumental Stadium in Buenos Aires.
"Do you accept the challenge?" asked the president of CONMEBOL to Messi , who remained silent in response to the proposal, laughing.
