Speaking at his first press conference as Manchester City's head coach, Enzo Maresca addressed the ongoing speculation surrounding Rodri's future and made it clear he is not concerned by the transfer rumors.

"When you're talking about a top player, there's always going to be speculation, but I'm not worried about it. I think it's completely normal, especially after the World Cup. He was the best player—or certainly one of the best—and I think every manager in the world would love to have Rodri in their team," the Italian coach said.
