Haiti's Possible Lineup to Face Morocco at the 2026 FIFA World Cup
Although they no longer have a chance of reaching the knockout stage, Haiti will look to end their 2026 FIFA World Cup campaign on a positive note against Morocco.
The Haiti national team heads into its final group-stage match of the 2026 FIFA World Cup hoping to leave a stronger impression and secure its first points of the tournament. Following defeats against Scotland and Brazil, the Caribbean side has been eliminated from contention, but it still has one last opportunity to compete against one of the strongest teams in the group.
The challenge will not be an easy one. Standing on the other side is a Morocco team that remains unbeaten, still in contention to finish atop Group C, and powered by the outstanding form of players such as Ismael Saibari, Achraf Hakimi, and Brahim Díaz.
Sébastien Migné Relies on Experience
Despite the elimination, head coach Sébastien Migné is determined to see his squad finish the tournament with a competitive performance. Throughout the group stage, Haiti showed moments of defensive organization, particularly during stretches of its match against Scotland, but ultimately struggled to overcome the quality gap against its opponents.

Experience will be one of the Caribbean side’s main assets. Players such as Johny Placide, Frantzdy Pierrot, and Dany Jean Jacques are expected to lead the team on the field in a match that represents an opportunity to demonstrate the program’s international growth.
In addition, Haiti’s speed on the counterattack could become a valuable weapon as they attempt to surprise a Moroccan defense that is likely to push forward from the opening whistle.
Haiti's Probable Lineup
Everything points to Haiti maintaining a conservative tactical approach in an effort to contain Morocco’s attacking firepower. The projected lineup features Johny Placide in goal; Carlens Arcus, Romain Adé, Houboulang Mendes Delcroix, and Martin Expérience in defense; Dany Jean Jacques, Jeff Bellegarde, Louicius Don Deedson, and Ruben Providence in midfield; while Frantzdy Pierrot and Wilfried Isidor are expected to lead the attack.
The team’s primary scoring hopes rest on Pierrot, an experienced forward with the physical presence to challenge defenders and create opportunities inside the penalty area. Alongside him, Isidor will look to capitalize on any space left by the African side.
