Lens look to win the French Cup for the first time against struggling Nice.

The 2026 Coupe de France final that sees Lens and Nice go head-to-head is a clash between one club having a dream of a season, and another experiencing a nightmare.

Lens have had an incredible campaign, having pushed PSG all the way to the final rounds in the Ligue 1 title race before finishing in second and automatic qualification for the next season's Champions League group stages. The campaign could be even better with Lens aiming to win the Coupe de France for the first time in the club's 120-year history.

Their opponents in Friday's game at the Stade de France in Paris are in disarray, having finished third from bottom in Ligue 1, meaning a two-legged playoff series against Saint Etienne to keep their top-flight status. However, the Coupe de France final leads to a place in next season's Europa League and a chance for Nice to end a troubled season on a high.
