Colombian team Deportivo Pereira secured a spot in the Copa Libertadores round of 16 on Thursday, holding Chilean team Colo Colo to a goalless draw at the Monumental stadium. Colo Colo was relegated to the third position and will have to compete in the Copa Sudamericana playoffs.
