How and Where to Watch: The CAF Champions League on beIN SPORTS
The stars of AFCON 2025 are back on beIN SPORTS with the return of the CAF Champions League, Africa’s premier club competition.
After the world’s attention was focused on national teams during a thrilling AFCON 2025, the spotlight now shifts back to the continent’s top clubs as the CAF Champions League resumes, live and exclusive on beIN SPORTS.
The action returns this weekend for Matchday 3 of the 2025/26 season, kicking off on Friday with two blockbuster back-to-back clashes featuring some of Africa’s most decorated teams.
Twelve-time champions Al Ahly get the weekend started with a home showdown against Young Africans of Tanzania. Both sides are tied on four points at the top of Group B, setting the stage for a high-stakes encounter. The Egyptian giants will be counting on Trézéguet, the Pharaohs winger, to continue his scoring form after netting three goals so far in the competition.
Following that match, the focus shifts to southern Africa, where Mamelodi Sundowns host Al-Hilal. These two clubs are also level on four points, occupying the top two spots in Group C. The Bafana Bafana contingent within Sundowns will be eager to bounce back from a disappointing AFCON 2025, which saw them eliminated in the Round of 16 by Egypt.
The round concludes on Saturday on beIN SPORTS with a marquee matchup between Moroccan side RS Berkane and reigning Egyptian champions Pyramids.
