Dortmund teenager Inacio extends contract until 2029
Samuele Inacio will continue his development at Borussia Dortmund after the forward signed a new three-year contract with the club.
Borussia Dortmund have announced teenager Samuele Inacio has signed a new contract with the club.
The 18-year-old's new deal will see him stay with the Bundesliga outfit until June 2029, extending his former contract by two years.
After joining Dortmund's youth setup from Atalanta in 2024, Inacio broke into the first team this season.
The Italian made his first-team debut during Dortmund's defeat to Bayern Munich in February, while he has featured in each of their last five Bundesliga games.
Inacio scored his first senior goal last time out against Frankfurt, netting Dortmund's third goal in a 3-2 win at Signal Iduna Park.
In Luca Regianni and Inacio, two Italian teenagers have scored in this Bundesliga season for Dortmund, while for all Serie A clubs, a total of three Italian teenagers scored this season (one each for AC Milan, Genoa, and Lecce).
"I feel very comfortable at BVB and am proud to have made my Bundesliga debut at this great club," said Inacio.
"The feeling of scoring my first goal in front of the Yellow Wall was incredible and I want to celebrate many more successful moments with my team, the club and its incredible fans in the future."
