From the newsroom to the Camp Nou pitch
Journalists and broadcasters swap cameras and microphones for football boots at Spotify Camp Nou
FC Barcelona ended the season by winning the title against Real Madrid while maintaining a perfect record at the Spotify Camp Nou.
Now, the stadium opened its doors for a different kind of match, as journalists and broadcasters who usually cover the club traded cameras and microphones for football boots.
A unique experience inside Camp Nou
Participants enjoyed the full experience, including access to the locker rooms and celebrating goals on the famous pitch.
The event became a special moment for media members used to following Barcelona from studios and press areas.
Camp Nou will not host football again until mid-August for the Joan Gamper Trophy.
Stadium renovations continue
With no matches scheduled in the coming weeks, Barcelona will use the break to speed up renovation work at the stadium.
According to Diario Sport, the expansion project will be completed in phases, with the first phase potentially ready by October.
