Cristiano Ronaldo’s Secret Private Club in Madrid: Elite Memberships, No Phones Allowed
Cristiano Ronaldo is building a new kind of empire in Madrid—one where privacy is sacred, memberships are elite, and phones are strictly off-limits.
A new chapter as Ronaldo plans life beyond football
Cristiano Ronaldo is nearing the end of his legendary playing career, but his business empire continues to expand at full speed. While the Portuguese icon remains a goal machine for Al-Nassr and a national-team leader at the age of 40, he is simultaneously preparing his post-football life with a project that is already generating buzz in Spain: an ultra-exclusive private members club in the heart of Madrid.
The venture, launched alongside entrepreneur Íñigo Onieva and Mabel Hospitality, aims to redefine how the city’s elite socialize, network, and conduct business. And yes—its most striking rule is as bold as its founder: absolutely no mobile phones allowed.
Inside Vega Private Members Club: exclusivity at every corner
According to Libertad Digital, the space—named Vega Private Members Club—is set to open before the end of the year at Lagasca 88, right in Madrid’s Golden Mile. Spread across 1,000 square meters, the club will transform throughout the day:
- Morning–evening: private meeting rooms, coworking areas, and a podcast studio.
- Night: a sophisticated social hub with fine dining, curated bars, and exclusive events.
The project also features three defined concepts: Casa Vega, a contemporary bistro; Restaurante Vega; and Toto, an Italian space. There will also be a wine club offering private tastings and premium experiences.
And membership? Pure CR7 standard:
- Founder membership: invitation-only, €15,000 one-time fee, lifetime access, priority reservations, tailor-made experiences.
- Other memberships start at €2,400 per year, plus a €2,000 entry fee.
In short: this is a playground for high-end networking, built around the one thing money can rarely buy—privacy.
Preparing for life after football
Ronaldo has been transparent about the emotional challenge of retirement. Speaking recently to Piers Morgan, he admitted the moment is “coming soon” and that letting go of the adrenaline of scoring goals “will be very, very hard.”
Still, he insists he has been preparing for years. His business universe already includes CR7 Clothing, CR7 Fitness, hotels, fragrances, digital media projects, and more. The Madrid club is the latest sign that Ronaldo intends to stay active, visible, and influential long after he hangs up his boots.
What’s next for CR7
Before stepping into full-time entrepreneurship, Ronaldo remains focused on the pitch. He aims to guide Al-Nassr back to trophies and keep Portugal competitive ahead of what could be his final shot at a World Cup in 2026.
But off the field, his future seems just as ambitious. With an elite, phone-free private club about to open in Madrid, Cristiano is drawing up a new blueprint—one where exclusivity, luxury, and legacy blend into a brand only he could build.
