Ronaldinho, Pepe, Martín Montoya and Álvaro Negredo headlined a new edition of the Legends Clásico in Miami as Barcelona Legends and Real Madrid Legends played out a 1-1 draw in a night full of nostalgia and standing ovations.
El Clásico once again captured the football world’s attention, although this time it was the legends of FC Barcelona and Real Madrid who revived one of the sport’s greatest rivalries. Barcelona Legends broke the deadlock through Martín Montoya, who scored in the 69th minute to put the Blaugrana side ahead and ignite celebrations among the Barça supporters in Miami.
The lead did not last long, as just three minutes later, in the 72nd minute, Álvaro Negredo found the equalizer for Real Madrid Legends to seal the final 1-1 scoreline.
