Varane Leaves Manchester United
The French defender has spent three seasons at the English club, after Manchester United paid around $50 million for him to Real Madrid.
During this time, Varane has played 93 games across all competitions and was involved in winning the League Cup last season, marking the first title for the 'Red Devils' in six years.
Despite arriving as one of the most renowned center-backs in the world, having won the World Cup with France and four Champions League titles to his name, injuries, coupled with Manchester United's poor form, have overshadowed the Frenchman's time at Old Trafford.
Varane is currently sidelined due to injury and has not played since early April, but he is working on his recovery to be available for some of United's final matches of the season. Erik Ten Hag's side has two games left in the Premier League, against Newcastle United and Brighton & Hove Albion, and the FA Cup final against Manchester City on May 25th.
