Under head coach Nader Rashad, Egypt has scored 12 goals across its opening two matches while maintaining a perfect defensive record.

Three-time continental champions, having lifted the trophy in 1996, 2000, and 2004, the Pharaohs are aiming to reclaim the African title for the first time in more than two decades.

How Angola Comes Into the Match

Angola arrives with an equally impressive record, having also won its first two Group B encounters.

They opened their campaign with a commanding 5-1 victory over Mozambique, before defeating Tanzania 6-0 to confirm their place in the semifinals.

One of Angola's standout performers has been João Cambangula, who scored four goals against Tanzania. Hornes Santo has also played a key role, scoring twice in each of Angola's opening two matches.

With 11 goals scored and only one conceded, Angola has established itself as one of the tournament's strongest sides.

After finishing as runners-up in the 2024 edition, the Angolans are determined to go one step further and claim their first continental crown.
