Ferrari Presents The New SF-26
Scuderia Ferrari dazzled social media with the new design of the single-seater they will use this season.
Ferrari unveiled its new single-seater
The Scuderia’s new single-seater was unveiled this Friday on its social media channels and during the shakedown at Ferrari’s test track in Maranello. The presentation of the new car marked the start of the new regulations for the team and for Formula 1.
The car’s color scheme is one of the changes in this SF-26 design. A greater prevalence of the color white can be observed compared to last year, covering the cockpit and engine cover, and being removed from the wings.
The drivers
This season, the drivers tasked with leading the SF-26 to glory will be: Lewis Hamilton and Charles Leclerc. Both the drivers and the team had a tough year; last season they only managed three podiums and a victory for Lewis Hamilton in the Chinese GP sprint race. Can the seven-time world champion and ‘Il Predestinato’ turn this story of droughts and poor results around?
Ferrari faces many challenges heading into 2026.
The Tifosi and the Scuderia have had a lot of difficulty in recent years trying to win a title; the last time they reached the top was when Kimi Räikkönen won the drivers’ championship in 2007. If they don’t secure a victory this year, Ferrari will mark its twentieth anniversary without a title.
History is powerful
For Ferrari fans, the trophy drought has been terrible, but it’s one of the teams that draws huge crowds and ignites passion among its supporters. It is a historic Formula One team and the oldest, having competed in the category since its inception. To date, the Scuderia has won 31 titles, including 16 Constructors’ Championships and 15 Drivers’ Championships.
