No Time To Wait: Tom Casse is ready to announce himself at ONE Friday Fights 153
He spent years watching others get the call he wanted, staying patient when every instinct told him to push harder. Now, Tom "No Time" Casse has his moment — a main event debut at ONE Friday Fights 153
He spent years watching others get the call he wanted, staying patient when every instinct told him to push harder. Now, Tom "No Time" Casse has his moment — a main event debut at ONE Friday Fights 153 on May 8 against one of the hottest fighters in the bantamweight division.
The French National Kickboxing Champion did not come to Bangkok to ease himself in. He came to go straight to the top.
A reward for years of patience
Tom Casse has been building toward this moment his entire career.
The 25-year-old from France earned the National Kickboxing Championship in 2023, went undefeated across five Muay Thai bouts in Thailand including a victory at Rajadamnern Stadium, and enters the biggest night of his life riding a three-fight winning streak.
Casse always wanted to compete on the sport’s biggest stage, and this Friday that goal becomes reality. He will step into the iconic Lumpinee Stadium for his first appearance in ONE Championship.
"It's a big event, big organization, so it's stressful, but I'm also excited," Casse said.
"I always wanted to fight in an organization like this and show to the world my skills. It's my opportunity to do it Friday night. I'm really happy. For me, it's like a reward for all these years of hard work."

A dangerous debut against Worapon
That reward comes with a serious challenge attached. Worapon Lukjaoporongtom is not the type of opponent most fighters want to face in their promotional debut.
The Sor Dechapan representative enters the fight on the back of consecutive first-round knockouts, stopping Lethwei Gold Belt Champion Soe Lin Oo in 87 seconds and France’s Arthur Brossier in under two minutes while collecting back-to-back performance bonuses.
Known for his devastating knees and dangerous clinch game, Worapon has become one of the division’s most feared names.
Casse understands exactly what awaits him.
"Worapon is a really tough opponent. He has had 13 fights in ONE Championship, so he's a really tough fighter. He has experience. I would say he's definitely one of the best bantamweights right now," Casse said.
"I know his left side. I know a lot of things about him. My trainer puts me in situations with opponents like him, so I know what to do when he comes forward. I know what to do when we are far apart."
Casse sees shortcut to the top
Most debuting fighters enter ONE Championship looking to build momentum slowly.
Tom Casse sees things differently.
For him, defeating one of the top bantamweights on the ONE Friday Fights stage would immediately accelerate his rise inside the organization.
The nickname “No Time” came from a trainer who saw a fighter with little patience and a talent for finishing opponents quickly. On Friday night, Casse plans to prove why.
"This fight is a big opportunity because he's one of the top opponents of ONE Friday Fights," Casse said.
"I will go directly to the top. So, it's a really good opportunity for me to beat a guy who already has 13 fights in ONE. I think he's almost at the contract, so it's an easier way for me to go on top."
