Worapon Ready To Deliver 'Another Clinical Performance’ At ONE Friday Fights 145
Worapon Lukjaoporongtom has a six-figure ONE Championship contract and global roster spot in his sights, and he is not slowing down. The Thai veteran opened 2026 by doing what no bantamweight star in ONE Championship had ever done – stopping the battle-hardened Soe Lin Oo – and now...
A Statement Win To Open 2026
After suffering a setback late in 2025, Worapon wasted no time reminding the Muay Thai world what he is capable of.
In January, he needed just 87 seconds to put away Lethwei Champion and contracted ONE Championship athlete Soe Lin Oo, stopping him with a head kick in a way that nobody else in the bantamweight division has managed to do. Not Seksan Or Kwanmuang. Not Dmitrii Kovtun. Not even ONE Bantamweight Muay Thai World Champion Nabil Anane.
Worapon got it done, and he did it fast.
"That head kick knockout wasn't a fluke. It was something I drilled relentlessly in camp. I actually tested the waters with two head kicks earlier in the round, but he blocked them. On the third attempt, everything just clicked, and he went down," Worapon said.
"I'm incredibly proud to be the first person to knock him out in this promotion. He's a warrior, but being able to stop a fighter of his caliber is a huge milestone for me. This win did wonders for my confidence, especially after that previous setback."
A Dangerous, But Flawed, Challenger
Worapon looks to keep the momentum going at ONE Friday Fights 145, but the man who will be standing across the ring from him will put up quite the challenge.
Brossier brings a well-rounded combat sports résumé to Lumpinee Stadium, having competed across Muay Thai, kickboxing, and MMA all across Europe.

The French newcomer is quick, athletic, and carries real danger in his hands – the kind of versatile striker who can make life uncomfortable if given the space to operate. However, Worapon has already identified where Brossier's game falls short.
"His biggest weakness is his lack of pure Muay Thai experience,” Worapon said. “You can see it in his stance and the way he throws certain weapons – he's just not as seasoned in this specific rule set as a Thai fighter. I plan to use my superior Muay Thai IQ and technical depth to take him apart."

The Finish Is On The Table
That technical gap could prove decisive against a fighter who has spent his entire career immersed in the sport.
Worapon's Muay Thai pedigree runs deep and has led to 69 career victories, and with a full training camp behind him and his confidence at an all-time high, the Buriram native is eyeing another knockout performance on the biggest weekly Muay Thai stage in the world.

"Expect to see the beauty of Muay Thai," Worapon said. "I've got some spectacular techniques ready for you. If the timing is right, I'm ending this early. Get ready for another clinical performance!"
