The 30-year-old arrives at the City Ground as another new addition to Oliver Glasner's squad following a successful spell with Crystal Palace, where he won the FA Cup, Community Shield and UEFA Conference League.

Nottingham Forest complete Daniel Munoz signing from Crystal Palace
Nottingham Forest have completed the signing of Colombian right-back Daniel Muñoz on a three-year contract, with an option for an additional season.
Muñoz moved to Selhurst Park from Belgian side Genk in January 2024 and soon established himself as a regular in the Palace side.
He was instrumental in the club's historic FA Cup triumph in 2024/25, setting up the only goal in a 1-0 final victory over Manchester City before being named Player of the Match.
His performances across the campaign also earned him Palace's Player of the Season award, while he later added the Community Shield to his honours.
Muñoz continued to make an impact last season, recording four goals and three assists across 29 Premier League appearances. He featured 46 times in all competitions as Palace went on to lift the UEFA Conference League trophy.
Before arriving in English football, Muñoz spent almost four years with Genk after joining the Belgian club in 2020. The attack-minded full-back scored 16 goals across 122 appearances and was part of the side that won the Belgian Cup in 2021.
His career began in Colombia, where he made his senior debut for Águilas Doradas in 2017 before earning a move to Atlético Nacional in 2019.
Muñoz has also become an established member of the Colombia national team, earning 51 caps since making his debut in 2021. He has represented his country at two editions of the Copa América and was included in their squad for the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
