Racing down Stade Francais
Racing Metro led by just three points at the break, but moved clear in the second half to down Stade Francais 27-18 in Top 14.
Camille Chat and Marc Andreu were on the scoresheet as Racing Metro ran out comfortable 27-18 victors over fellow Paris side Stade Francais in Top 14 on Friday.
Having won 19-8 at Oyonnax last time out, Racing were looking for more success in front of their home fans at Stade Olympique Yves-du-Manoir.
And the home fans were celebrating after just two minutes when Chat crossed the line.
Jules Plisson put the visitors on the board with a 10th-minute penalty, and although Johan Goosen's boot re-established Racing's seven-point lead, the visitors were back in the game when Sekou Macalou touched down.
However, Maxime Machenaud and Goosen scored two penalties each for the home side to stretch the lead, despite three points from the boot of Plisson for Stade Francais.
Andreu then scored the hosts' second try in the 67th minute to leave Racing out of sight.
Clement Daguin earned a late consolation try for the visitors with the last play of the game, but it was too little too late for Stade Francais.
