EXCLUSIVE: WENGER CONFIRMS HE'S WATCHING MAHREZ
Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has told beIN SPORTS he has his eye on Riyad Mahrez. Wenger watched PSG beat Mahrez's Leicester 4-0 in Los Angeles, leaving immediately after the Algerian was substituted in the second half. Wenger reiterated his transfer targets remain secret and refused to confirm if a bid has been made yet, but Leicester manager Claudio Ranieri conceded after the game that the PFA Player of the Year is unsettled by speculation regarding his future. Ranieri has previously said he is "100 percent sure" Mahrez will stay but it now looks likely that Arsenal are serious contenders to sign him by the start of the season.
