Jarrod Bowen was the star as West Ham completed its Premier League campaign with a 3-1 victory over relegated Ipswich Town at Portman Road. 

In-form Bowen grabbed a goal and an assist just days after it was announced he would not be involved in Thomas Tuchel's most recent England squad. 

After a tepid first half, Sam Morsy's mistake presented Bowen with possession, with the Hammers captain squaring for James Ward-Prowse to finish in the 43rd minute. 

But Ipswich restored parity seven minutes after the restart when Nathan Broadhead crashed home the equaliser, but Bowen was on hand to help regain West Ham's lead.

Bowen collected Aaron Wan-Bissaka's pass and drove inside from the right flank, steadying himself before sending a fierce strike beyond Christian Walton at his near post. 

Ipswich introduced Liam Delap for what looks likely to be his final appearance for the club as it chased an equaliser, but Jack Clarke's curler was the closest it came.

There was a fourth goal, but it came at the other end, as Hammers substitute Mohammed Kudus whipped in a left-footed effort to seal the deal three minutes from time.

Victory sees the Hammers finish their season in 14th, while Ipswich go down to the Championship in 19th position.
