PSG's Aurier arrested in Paris
Ivory Coast and Paris Saint-Germain defender Serge Aurier was arrested in Paris after an altercation with police.
Europe 1 reported that Aurier got into a heated argument with police near Champs Elysees at 6:00am Monday (local time) after leaving a nightclub in Paris.
Aurier and a group of men allegedly insulted police officers patrolling the area, before the defender was taken into police custody.
The 23 year-old is already on thin ice at PSG after slamming teammate Zlatan Ibrahimovic and coach Laurent Blanc in a leaked video in February.
The Ivory Coast international was suspended for six weeks for the tirade and this latest incident could spell the end of his career at the French champion.
PSG officials said the club will wait for further information before commenting on the issue.
