In a hard-fought match, Trabzonspor stays at the top of the Super Lig after defeating Konyaspor 3-1 away at the Konya Büyükşehir Stadium.
The goals came early, as Trézéguet opened the scoring with a fantastic goal from outside the box in the 18th minute of the first half, giving the visitors a 1-0 lead.
Later, in the second half, Trabzonspor extended their lead thanks to a penalty in the 58th minute converted by Bosnian Edin Visca, making it 2-0 in favor of the "Tigers".
However, the home team didn't give up and narrowed the gap on the scoreboard after a good shot inside the box by Steven N'Zonzi in the 79th minute, giving hope to the locals.
Nevertheless, Taxiarchis Fountas dashed the hopes of a comeback by the home team and scored the third goal, securing a convincing victory for Trabzonspor in the 90th minute of the second half.
