How to Watch: CAF Champions League and Confederation Cup
The best African club soccer is live for free on beIN SPORTS XTRA with the CAF Champions League and Confederation Cup.
World-class African club soccer returns to beIN SPORTS with the start of the 2023-24 CAF Champions League and Confederation Cup knockout rounds. 16 clubs began each competition in the group stages and these teams have been whittled down to an elite eight, after six rounds of incredible action across the continent, from Morocco to Mali, from Senegal to South Africa.
The front-runners in the CAF Champions League are Al Ahly. The Egyptian giants are targeting back-to-back competition victories to give the side an incredible 12th CAF CL title. South Africa’s Mamelodi Sundowns are the main threat to Al Ahly’s supremacy, thanks to a squad packed with talent that took the national team all the way through to the AFCON 2023 semifinals. Look out for the inspirational goalkeeper, Ronwen Williams, whose penalty saves made headlines around the world, in Bafana Bafana’s run to a third-placed finish.
Three powerhouses of African club soccer will be vying for the Confederation Cup title. USM Alger are in the quarterfinals and continuing the defense of the title. The Algerian side will be challenged by two other former winners, Zamalek of Egypt and Morocco’s RSB Berkane.
Every second of every match in the two-legged quarterfinals will be live across the network on beIN SPORTS XTRA and beIN SPORTS CONNECT.
