The Saudis won Saturday's match 3-0 with Fahad al-Muwallad scoring a first half brace in Riyadh.
Salem al-Dawsari had opened the scoring in the fourth minute before al-Muwallad's double gave unbeaten Saudi Arabia their fourth win in six Group D matches.
The Saudis, who drew two of their games earlier lead the group with 14 points while Uzbekistan are second on nine.
