Bayern Munich coach, Thomas Tuchel, said on Tuesday that his team has a slight advantage in tomorrow's second leg against Arsenal in the Champions League quarterfinals due to their experience in the competition.

"We have a slight advantage considering the experience. We also have players who have won the competition, although the latter doesn't necessarily have to be an advantage," said Tuchel.

"We have this match to take a key step. We are determined to give it our all to stay alive in this wonderful competition," he added.

Regarding the starting lineup, Tuchel said he will make a decision in the final training session on who will fill in for the suspended Alphonso Davies at left-back, with Raphael Guerreiro and Noussir Mazraoui in contention.

"We will decide after the final training session. I have to talk to Nous (Mazraoui) to see if it's possible. He hasn't had normal rhythm in recent weeks, with an injury, illness, and a month of fasting (for Ramadan)," explained Tuchel.

Regarding the double pivot, he said it was good news that Aleksandar Pavlovic has returned to the group but noted that he hasn't had rhythm, so he leans towards keeping the pairing of Konrad Laimer and Leon Goretzka.

"I don't think, after their performance in the first leg, we're going to separate them, but it's good to have Alex," he said.
