Mbappé Congratulates PSG on Their First Champions League Title: “The Big Day Has Finally Arrived”
Although he now wears the Real Madrid jersey, Kylian Mbappé has not forgotten the club where he shined for seven seasons. The French forward was one of the first to congratulate Paris Saint-Germain after they won their first UEFA Champions League, defeating Inter Milan 5-0 in Munich.

Through his Instagram account, Mbappé shared an image of the trophy along with a clear and emotional message: “The big day has finally arrived. The victory, and with the style of an entire club. Congratulations, PSG.”

PSG Lifts Their First Champions League Trophy
Mbappé left PSG at the end of last season, bringing an era full of goals, titles, and records to a close. Since arriving in 2017 from Monaco, the striker played 308 matches, scored 256 goals, and provided 108 assists, becoming the club’s all-time top scorer, surpassing Edinson Cavani.
With the Parisian team, he won 6 Ligue 1 titles, 4 French Cups, 2 League Cups, and 3 Super Cups, but the Champions League had always been the missing piece. The 2020 final, lost to Bayern Munich, was his closest moment to continental glory until now.
PSG has finally written its name in the grand history of European football. And from Madrid, Mbappé didn’t hesitate to join in the celebration, confirming that his emotional bond with the club remains strong.
