Galatasaray defeated İstanbul Başakşehir 3-2 in a thrilling fourth-round Süper Lig clash featuring five goals, a disallowed effort, red cards, Rafael Leão's debut and a dramatic 90th-minute winner from Gabriel Sara. The major concern was Victor Osimhen, who scored a stunning goal before leaving with what appeared to be a muscular issue.
The Nigerian striker scored his sixth goal in four Süper Lig matches, adding to his two assists, but was forced off in the 33rd minute.

Victor Osimhen opened the scoring in the 16th minute with a spectacular effort that struck the post before finding the net. The goal was reviewed and eventually confirmed by VAR.
However, the striker's night ended earlier than expected. Osimhen appeared to suffer a muscular problem in the 33rd minute and was replaced by Barış Alper Yılmaz.
Galatasaray has yet to provide an update on the severity of the injury, with a Champions League trip to Sporting coming up on Wednesday, September 9.

Five goals and a wild finish
The match exploded into life in the second half.
Eldor Shomurodov converted a penalty in the 66th minute to make it 1-1, but Lucas Torreira restored Galatasaray's lead just five minutes later.
İstanbul Başakşehir responded again in the 76th minute when a Davinson Sánchez own goal made it 2-2.
Galatasaray then thought it had scored the 3-2 goal, but the effort was disallowed.
The pressure eventually paid off. Gabriel Sara struck in the 90th minute to make it 3-2 and secure a dramatic victory.
Leão debuts as İstanbul Başakşehir finishes with nine
The match also featured Rafael Leão's Galatasaray debut.
The Portuguese attacker was involved in one of the key incidents late in the game when he was fouled by Umut Bozok, who was sent off for the challenge.
İstanbul Başakşehir finished the match with nine players, while Galatasaray held onto the advantage provided by Sara's late goal.
Galatasaray walked away with three points after a dramatic night, but one major question remains ahead of the Champions League: Osimhen's fitness and whether he will be available for the trip to Sporting.
