PSG Extend Their Winning Streak to 11 Matches

Paris Saint-Germain continued their impressive run under Luis Enrique, beating Troyes 1-0 to secure an 11th consecutive victory across all competitions.

The result brought the Spanish coach level with one of Laurent Blanc's historic winning streaks during his time in charge of the Parisian club.

Ilya Zabarnyi scored the only goal in the 39th minute, finishing a move set up by Senny Mayulu in the Ligue 1 encounter.

PSG created further chances to extend their lead, but the score remained unchanged.

The victory over Troyes took the team's winning run to a figure reached by only a handful of PSG sides.

Luis Enrique Matches One of Laurent Blanc's Winning Runs

Before facing Troyes, PSG had won ten consecutive matches, reaching that mark for the fifth time in club history.

It was also the second ten-game winning streak under Luis Enrique, whose first came between January and March 2025.

The victory against Troyes took the current run one step further, giving the Spanish manager his first sequence of eleven straight wins with PSG.

That figure also brings him level with Laurent Blanc, who oversaw three particularly impressive winning streaks between 2014 and 2016.

During that period, Blanc's PSG recorded runs of 11, 12 and 16 consecutive victories.

Luis Enrique has now matched the first of those marks, with the other two still within reach.

How Close Are PSG to Their All-Time Winning Streak?

The benchmark remains 16 consecutive victories, achieved during Laurent Blanc's tenure.

With eleven wins already secured, Luis Enrique's team need five more victories to equal the record.

A run of 17 straight wins would establish a new club mark, requiring six additional victories from their current position.

Eleven Down, Six More Needed for a New Record

  1. Eleven consecutive victories: PSG reached the mark with a 1-0 win over Troyes, courtesy of Ilya Zabarnyi's first-half goal.
  2. Luis Enrique matches Laurent Blanc: the Spanish coach has equaled Blanc's 11-match winning streak, with the former PSG manager also recording runs of 12 and 16 victories.
  3. The record stands at 16: PSG need five more wins to match it and six to set a new club record.
