Thomas Tuchel's decisions during the closing stages of the match quickly became the center of attention across the United Kingdom, where media outlets and former players blamed the German manager for allowing a seemingly comfortable lead to slip away.

Tuchel's Tactical Decisions Under Fire

Despite the backlash, the German manager defended his team's performance after the final whistle. Tuchel insisted he had no regrets about his decisions and praised his players, saying England had delivered one of its strongest performances of the tournament, even if it failed to close out the victory.
