Lazio's unbeaten start to the Serie A season continued at the Allianz Stadium as it delivered a statement performance in the 3-0 win against Juventus.
Having seen Inter pull ahead with a 3-1 win over Bologna on Monday, Gennaro Gattuso's side joined tthe Nerazzurri on 19 points at the top of the table after a dominant display.
Kerim Alajbegovic, the only change to Juventus's team, fired off the game's first shot in the fifth minute, but his swerving attempt was watched and well held by Christos Mandas.
Juventus then had the ball in the net when Randal Kolo Muani volleyed home, but his joy was short-lived after the offside flag on the far side was raised, with the Frenchman just behind the Lazio defence when Douglas Luiz's deflected effort fell kindly to him.
Lazio had failed to trouble Guglielmo Vicario in the first half, but it was the visitors who took the lead eight minutes before the break. Mattia Zaccagni whipped a dangerous delivery into the box, with Provstgaard glancing his header into the bottom-right corner.
The visitor nearly doubled its advantage in the 44th minute, but Nuno Tavares's shot with his right foot deflected off Juventus captain Bremer and onto the top of the crossbar.
Marco Domenichini, who replaced the suspended Luciano Spalletti in the Juventus dugout, turned to his bench at the break and introduced Nick Woltemade, and the on-loan Newcastle United striker almost made an immediate impact, but he could not force Mandas into action after being picked out by Kolo Muani.
Juventus was made to pay for that missed chance just after the hour by Isaksen, who, after taking down Nuno Tavares' cross field switch, cut inside Zeki Celik and curled into the bottom-left corner.
The host side struggled to get themselves back in contention, with Kolo Muani heading over from six yards out, and their misery was compounded in the 89th minute when Fisayo Dele-Bashiru's driving run from inside his own half ended with an arrowed strike into the bottom corner to seal the win.
