Suarez out for four months after knee surgery
Luis Suarez is set to miss the majority of the season after the Barcelona and Uruguay forward underwent surgery on an injury to his right knee.
The club reported that keyhole surgery was used to resolve an injury to the external meniscus of Suarez's right knee by performing a suture.
Suárez has played 23 games this season and scored 14 goals across all competitions, 11 in LaLiga and three in the UEFA Champions League.
In addition, he has the most assists in the Spanish league in 2019-2020 with seven.
