Toney hot streak continues as Bees sting Wednesday
Ivan Toney's brace took him to seven goals in just four appearances as Brentford won 2-1 at Sheffield Wednesday.
Toney, a close-season signing from Peterborough, struck either side of Callum Paterson's goal.
Cardiff's Harry Wilson frustrated his former club Bournemouth as the on-loan Liverpool winger rescued a 1-1 draw in their EFL Championship clash.
Wilson spent last season on loan with Bournemouth but returned to Liverpool after failing to help the Cherries avoid relegation from the Premier League.
His reunion with Bournemouth started badly when Dominic Solanke turned in Jack Stacey's low cross in the 35th minute to put the visitors ahead in south Wales.
But Wilson equalised with a composed finish just after the hour mark.
