PSV and Borussia Dortmund played out an exciting draw (1-1) in their first encounter of the UEFA Champions League Round of 16, with goals from Malen and De Jong.

The match was a frenzy of chances created by both teams that they couldn't fully capitalize on. However, an incredible and persistent Malen put Borussia Dortmund ahead with a goal in the 24th minute, despite PSV's dominance being hampered by this action.

Later in the second half of the match, PSV managed to level the score with an impressive penalty kick from De Jong, resulting in an equalizer at the Signal Iduna Park.
